TO MAKE RESERVATION:
We require full payment to make a reservation less than 60 days in advance; 50% down if more that 60 days in advance with the balance due 60 days in advance. A reservation is not secured until we receive payment.

CANCELLATION:
Our cancellation policy is that a cancellation 60 or more days in advance is fully refundable (less a 20 % rebooking fee). Cancellation less than 60 days in advance, is not refundable, unless we can find a replacement reservation. If we do find a replacement reservation there will be a 20% rebooking fee.
